COFFEE_KLATCH · Invited
Abstract
While formal colonial relations are often considered to be over or almost over, both, colonialism and coloniality continue impacting multiple areas, including teaching and research. This presentation offers an explanation of coloniality and clarifies the significance of decoloniality for debates on diversity, inclusion, and equity. It also offers an example of decolonizing research, with special attention to the subject, the object, and methodology.
