Lifetimes in Exclusive $b$ Hadron Decays to $J/\psi$ at CDF

Using exclusive decays such as $B^+ \to J/\psi K^+$ and $B_s \to J/\psi \phi$ collected with the CDF detector,the lifetimes of several different bottom mesons and baryons are measured. Results are comparied with previous measurements and theoretical predictions.
