Very Long Baseline Neutrino Oscillation Experiments at BNL
ORAL
Abstract
The prospects of a very long baseline neutrino oscillation experiment based at Brookhaven National Lab's Alternating Gradient Synchrotron (AGS) are reviewed. Experimental sensitivity to CP violation effects in the neutrino sector and precision measurements of neutrino mixing matrix parameters from a simulation of a megaton scale underground water Cherenkov detector are presented.
