Absolute and relative descriptions of an expanding space-time metric

The following is a transformation of a set of field equations describing the expansion of space-time from an ``absolute'' to a relative frame of reference. John Masreliez Ph.D. has had published a geometric description of a scalar expansion of space-time based upon relativistic measures and principles. A physicist named John Hunter has also developed a similar set of equations. The forms of the equations based upon an ``absolute'' reference frame initially do not appear to be the same but a transformation of the reference frames used shows that the equations are locally identical. There are a few fundamental differences.
