Determination of Branching Fraction for $D^+ \to K_{S,L}^0 \pi^+$

Abstract
Using data from the CLEO-c detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring, we measure the branching fraction for $D^+ \to \overline {K}^0\pi^+$, where $\overline{K}^0$ is either $K^0_S$ or $K^0_L$. The method uses a double tag technique for events just above the threshold for $D\bar{D}$ production. A recoiling charged $D$ is fully reconstructed, and the neutral kaon from the signal $D$ is detected using the missing mass against the pion.
