$W$ and $Z$ Measurements at the Tevatron Using the CDF Intermediate Muon Detector

We present measurements of W and Z production using muons identified at high rapidity with the CDF intermediate muon detector. Using a dedicated trigger, we select W and Z events and measure the detector acceptances and efficiencies necessary to determine the production cross sections.
