Measurement of branching fractions and CP asymmetries for $B\to \eta^\prime$ K

We present preliminary measurements of branching fractions, charge asymmetries and time-dependent CP-violating asymmetries for the decays $B \to \eta^\prime K$. The data, corresponding to 232 million BBbar pairs, were produced at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B factory at SLAC and collected with the BABAR detector.
