Exploring Momentum and Impulse with Sensors in High School Physics

ORAL

Abstract

This session explores the integration of sensors in high school physics classrooms, focusing on momentum and impulse experiments. Participants will learn how to use various sensors to measure and analyze motion, enhancing students' understanding of these key concepts. The session will provide detailed explanations, practical examples, and key takeaways to ensure participants can effectively implement these technologies in their classrooms. Additionally, participants will discover how sensors can be used to explore other motion concepts, including velocity, acceleration, force, and projectile motion. By incorporating these additional concepts, participants will understand how to incorporate sensors to enrich the student of motion in physics.
