Simulating Parallel Imaging for Interference Pattern Structured Illumination Imaging
POSTER
Abstract
Interference Pattern Structured Illumination Imaging (IPSII) is a type of optical microscopy that uses no lenses and single pixel imaging to reconstruct an image in k-space. I will report on efforts to simulate a technique to speed up image acquisition using a method similar to the parallel imaging techniques used in MRI, but with multiple illumination patterns rather than multiple detectors.
