Mechanically Scanned Interference Pattern Structured Illumination

Abstract
We have developed a lensless imaging method using laser interference, capable of high-resolution microscopy without high numerical aperture optics. I will discuss the work we have done to characterize lasers for use in this project as well as the automation and control of the interferometer.
