Fabrication and Testing of BN-Graphene Mechanical Resonators
POSTER
Abstract
Mechanical resonators are promising for many applications such as frequency filters as well as for studies of fundamental physics. We report on the fabrication process for BN-graphene mechanical resonators, this process employs the capillary force assisted clean-stamp transfer method. We also discuss the testing of our mechanical resonators which involves the measurement of resistance by gate voltage and radio frequency readout using a vector network analyzer to detect resonance.
