Abstract

This talk will review the basic physics involved in medical imaging. We will cover the range of imaging modalities including radiography, fluoroscopy, computed tomography (CT), Ultrasound, nuclear medicine and MRI. We will also review some of the basic machine properties that take advantage of these physics principles to generate images with varying contests.
